9to5 Small Business Owner Survey

9to5 is currently conducting valuable research among small business owners in the Denver metro area. The purpose of this research is to gauge the impacts of health care reform on small businesses, and consists of a short survey and future focus groups around the implementation of health care reform in the workplace.

Participation in this survey will help guide the future work of 9to5 Colorado with the small business community in the Denver metro area. By filling out the survey you can help influence the organizing model and support frameworks that will promote increased collaboration and relationship building among small businesses.
